Refund Policy
Payments for:
- Featured listings
- Premium advertisements
- Promotional packages
are generally non-refundable once activated.
Refunds may only be considered if:
- Duplicate payment occurred.
- Technical issues prevented service delivery.
- The purchase was made in error and no promotional benefits have been used.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
