2. 2.  If fraud is suspected, users should report the listing through our website.
3. 3. We will investigate reports and may:
   
   • Remove listings
   • Suspend accounts
   • Permanently ban offenders
4. 4. Criminal matters should be reported to the South African Police Service.
5. We are not responsible for losses arising from transactions conducted between users.
